TARGET.OC_shadowTo(distance,angle,color,alpha,blurX,blurY,strength,quality,inner, knockout,hideobject,duration,easetype,delay);
ie: TARGET.OC_shadowTo(3, 45, 0x333333, 0.45, 12, 12, 4, 8, false, false, false,40,easeOutBounce,0);
Optional parameters
callback : function to execute when effect ends. (see Events)
Tweening of shadowcolor is also supported.
